Great Fit, great price! Love these shoes! : Trotters Women's Brianna Slip-On Loafer,Burgandy,6.5 M US
I had two complaints when I opened the container and put on the shoes.
#1: I ordered the Denim color and they look purple! I adjusted the light but still purple. Even asked my husband later and he said, "Purple."
#2: Admittedly, my most beloved pair of shoes right now are Soft Walks, which are like walking on a mattress, Lol!, but when I slipped these on my feet, it felt like I was standing on a board! A very hard board.
Then, there's the qoute with the fit. I have never had problems with one foot being a distinct size than the other, but the left shoe slipped on and off my feet while the right shoe was so tight that my toes were visibly crunched up inside the shoe.
I, knowing that I'm a shoe snob, wore them out shopping for about 45 minutes to give them a chance. I hobbled into the store, getting looks from people from limping the way I had to limp, wearing one shoe too big and the other too small. By the time I left the store, I had to cancel my other plans and go home right away to convert shoes because I Was In Too Much Pain to go on!
I'm afraid that in that short time, I have developed blisters on both feet!
This is my first experience with Trotters and it will certainly be my last. These are the single Worst pair of shoes I have ever put on and in my childhood I had to wear WalMart, off-brand shoes on a regular basis, so I know bad shoes. Run, don't walk, as far from these shoes (and probably Trotters in general) as you can.
